As an 'entry level' crew member, your schedule will be a variable reserve (on-call) roster that includes 'day shift' and 'night shift' flights, 'weekend' assignments, and all public holidays. Successful candidates will attend our comprehensive 8.5-week paid training program in Fort Worth, TX. Compensation & Benefits: American Airlines offers a competitive wage, with an estimated annual base from $38,000 to $60,000 (based on flight hours), plus per diem.
